1. Rinse the shrimp and pull the tails off. Throw tails away.
2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and dill in a bowl until thoroughly mixed.
3. Cut the ends off of the cucumber, and slice length-wise into very thin slices. Lay one slice out flat and spread about 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each cucumber slice.
4. Roll up the cucumber and secure with a toothpick. Turn and set upright, and top with one shrimp. Chill until ready to serve.
