Ingredients

Directions

Empty can of tomatoes in large pot. Add one and a half cans of water, pollock and broccoli. Cook over medium heat. As Pollock begins to thaw use kitchen scissors to cut it into bite-sized pieces. Do the same for any oversized pieces of broccoli. Cook approximately 15-20 minutes. The Pollock should be uniform color inside and out when cut. Just before serving salt to taste. Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

I cooked this meal toward the end of the week from food at hand. It turned out to be one of our favorites. It's easy to put together. It's healthy and tasty. It's easy on the wallet. And best of all it requires minimal clean-up

I am looking forward to using this recipe. It has few ingredients and will be not be exspensive to make.

I had to try this because soup and fish are not usually in the same resipe, atleast not in my house! It was very good and the real taste test was giving it to the kids and having it them try it! When they liked it I knew I could add it to my recipe book!
