Frozen Fruit Cups

Healthy, simple and colorful for the kids!

Ingredients

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix mashed fruit cocktail, yogurt, strawberries and pineapple together.

2. Line a muffin tin cup with cupcake liners (12).

3. Spoon mixture into muffin tins and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until frozen.

4. Remove frozen cups, remove liner, and serve in a cup.

Notes

Any variation of fruit can be used this fresh and healthy treat!
