Green Bean Saute



1. Thaw frozen green beans.

2. Heat oil in large skillet. Sauté onion until golden.

3. Stir in green beans, salt, and pepper. Heat through.

4. Before serving, toss with parsley.

This is so good. I made it without the beans and added Green Peppers. and my husband said it was better than Rio's. Don't know about that, but he loved it. Try it both ways. You won't be sorry.

This is really good. I have also made this using the canned green beans from Save-A-Lot. Sometimes I add a little garlic powder too. It's a very nice way to punch up green beans, but fairly quick also.
