In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and steak sauce until smooth. Mix in sugar, garlic salt, black pepper and half of cheese crumbles, whisking to break up cheese crumbles and ensure everything is thoroughly incorporated. Stir in remaining bleu cheese crumbles. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Makes a delicious dressing over a salad of lettuce, bacon crumbles and fresh tomatoes. Or, use it as a dip for buffalo wings.
