In a large bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, water and olive oil together until mixed thoroughly. Transfer to a resealable freezer bag. Place thawed salmon filets in the resealable freezer bag and coat thoroughly. Place in refrigerator and marinate salmon for at least 2 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat. Oil grates on grill. Place salmon filets on grill and discard marinade. Grill for 6-8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
