In a 3 qt sauce pot, mix together all ingredients except for Coburn Farms® cheese and grits. Bring to a boil. Wisk in grits and reduce to a simmer, stirring frequently, cook for about 5 minutes until mixture has become thick and grits are tender. Remove from heat and wisk in cheese a 1/2 C at a time. Check the seasoning and adjust if needed. Serve and enjoy.
