1. Spread cream cheese in bottom of a pie plate with the back of a large spoon.
2. Spread refried beans in a layer over cream cheese. Layer 2 cups of shredded cheese evenly over bean layer. Arrange strips of green pepper and spread with salsa. Sprinke chili powder over top.
3. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with Senora Verde tortilla chips
This is a recipe my teenage daughter likes to make for her friends. The ingredients are easy to keep on hand to entertain on short notice.
