Layers of mashed potatoes, savory turkey, gravy and mixed vegetables, all topped with golden brown biscuits
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Slit film over family entree; microwave on HIGH 8 minutes. Remove from microwave; stir mixed vegetables into turkey and gravy. Microwave an additional 4 minutes.
2. Spray 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spread mashed potatoes in bottom of dish. Top potatoes evenly with turkey slices and vegetable-gravy mixture.
3. Combine baking mix and milk in bowl just until blended. Drop biscuit dough by spoonfuls on top of turkey mixture to make 8 biscuits. Bake 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
