Get a 2 foot long section of Poly Steel® foil, spray with Westcott® cooking spray. Arrange your 4 thawed Port Side® fish fillets on half of the foil. Sprinkle each fillet evenly with garlic, salt, pepper, and green onions. Place a half tablespoon of Home Churned® butter on each fillet. Place 1 lemon slice on top of each fillet. Fold foil over, seal and crimp all sides to form a pouch. Place pouch on a hot grill and cook about 5 min per side. Or in a 350F oven for 10-15 min.
