1. Get a 2 foot long section of Poly Steel® foil, and spray with Westcott® cooking spray.
2. Arrange your 4 thawed Port Side® fish fillets on half of the foil. Sprinkle each fillet evenly with garlic, salt, pepper, and green onions.
3. Place a half tablespoon of Home Churned® butter on each fillet. Place 1 lemon slice on top of each fillet. Fold foil over, seal and crimp all sides to form a pouch.
4. Place pouch on a hot grill and cook about 5 min per side, or in a 350F oven for 10-15 min.
