Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Cook hamburger and add taco seasoning to make Mexican ground beef. In a separate pan, simmer 1 can of tomato sauce, then add it to the ground beef. Warm the refried beans with the other can of tomato sauce. (You can do this in the same pan that you used for the first can of tomato sauce.) Transfer the Mexican ground beef mixture to a cake pan, then layer the bean mixture on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with corn chips and cheese. Bake for 3-5 more minutes, until the cheese is melted.
