Ingredients

Directions

Cut English muffins in half (open face) to number desired, place on small cookie sheet. Put small amount of tomato sauce on each half then sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder on each. Then put desired toppings on top, then place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top. Place in oven for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts.

Notes

One afternoon, many years ago, when I was in High School, I had to entertain and cook up something for a boyfriend at the time with whatever ingredients I could find in my house and fridge. So, for a snack I conjured up this. It went very well. Ever since I continue to make them. Everyone loves it, even kids, they can help. It's easy and fast-simple! You also can top with grated parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper flakes if desired.

These are great for the grandkids. Only make what you need--no leftovers. Taste is very good.
