Mini Pizzas

1. Cut English muffins in half (open face) to number desired, place on small cookie sheet.

2. Put small amount of tomato sauce on each half, then sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder on each.

3. Put desired toppings on top, then place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top. Place in oven for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts.

One afternoon, many years ago, when I was in High School, I had to entertain and cook up something for a boyfriend at the time with whatever ingredients I could find in my house and fridge. So, for a snack I conjured up this. It went very well. Ever since I continue to make them. Everyone loves it, even kids, they can help. It's easy and fast-simple! You also can top with grated parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper flakes if desired.

Sounds very do-able...... Might try tonight

I find it amazing that this recipe got three good reviews and yet the recipe doesn't tell you what to cook it on. I don't spend much time in the kitchen but this seems like an interesting recipe. If it said what to cook it on, I'd try it for my nieces.

These are great for the grandkids. Only make what you need--no leftovers. Taste is very good.
