Ingredients

1 Container Coburn Farms® Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Pkg Wylwood® Chopped Spinach
1 Cup Coburn Farms® Mozzarella Cheese
1 Red Pepper
1 Cup Mantia's™ Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 Tsp Marcum® Oregano Crushed
4 Eggs Coburn Farms® Grade A Large Eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients until well blended. pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake 40 min. or until center is set.
