1. Prepare Ginger Evans® Brownie Mix according to package. After brownies are baked, allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into 12 even squares.
2. To assemble, pipe a ring of whipped topping on top of each brownie.
3. Cut off the base of a strawberry so it is flat and place it upside down on each brownie, pushing slightly to secure in place. Top the tip of the strawberry with a dot of whipped cream to finish the Santa hat.
