In a microwave safe bowl, mix together Ginger Evans® chocolate chips and SAL® milk. Microwave the chocolate and milk on high, stirring every minute until melted and fully mixed. About 2 minutes total. Skewer a Ginger Evans® marshmallow from the top with a toothpick. Holding the toothpick, dip the marshmallow in the chocolate so that it is coated 3/4's of the way, shake off excess. Immediately dip the chocolate covered marshmallow into the Granny Ella® graham cracker crumbs and turn to coat. Repeat this process until all of the marshmallows have been coated. Serve and Enjoy!
Crush up the graham crackers before taking them out of their plastic, it makes it easier.
