Preheat oven to 350° Spread ½ cup salsa on bottom of 9x13 pan. Layer tortilla chips in pan slightly overlapping (about 50 chips). Mix 2 cans HH Chili, ½ cup salsa, ½ cup sour cream in a bowl. Spread evenly over tortilla chips in one even layer. Sprinkle with ¼ cup cheese. Top chili with second layer of tortilla chips slightly overlapping (about 50 chips). Top with remaining cheese. Cover pan and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Uncover and serve.
