1. Thaw frozen cheese tortellini or ravioli for 20 minutes before making the soup.
2. Dilute soup as directed on can. Heat over medium heat until the soup boils, stirring frequently.
3. Add tortellini and peas and bring back to a simmer; cook for 3 more minutes until the tortellini floats to the surface of the soup and is tender.
Sprinkle cheese over soup before eating. Serve with Mantia's™ Cheese Garlic Toast.
