Turkey Loaf



1. Mix all ingredients together (except for the cheese and broccoli) and bake in loaf pan for 1.5 hrs at 350 degrees.

2. Cook broccoli and mix shredded cheese. Add on top of cooked mixture.

This Turkey Loaf was awesome!! First time making a meat loaf and I didn't know what to expect, but I was very happy with the outcome; It tasted delicious. Only used 24 oz of turkey rather than 2 lbs (because that's all I had), so I don't know if it would have still been as flavorful with the correct amount of meat, but mine turned out great!
