Place 2 to 3 cups of the watermelon cubes into a large pitcher. Set aside the rest for garnishes, or freeze them on a wax-paper lined cookie sheet to make fruity ice cubes. Pour in the Crisp Fruit Punch and Crisp Lemon Lime and stir. (If your pitcher doesn’t hold all 8 cups, use equal parts.) Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add ice or frozen watermelon cubes and mint leaves just before serving.
To make a more slushy punch, freeze all of the watermelon cubes. Blend them up just before serving, and stir into the liquid. (Skip the ice cubes.)
