Succulent shrimp sails on a bed of cream-filled peppers, and is anchored with delicious bacon. Every bite brings the zing!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Trim the ends off of the jalapeno peppers. Cut peppers in half (from top to bottom) and remove the seeds. Fill one pepper with about 1 tsp of cream cheese, so it’s filled to the edge. Place one shrimp on top of the cream cheese, and wrap 1 bacon strip around the jalapeno and shrimp. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes and serve.
