Bacon Egg Muffin Cups

- 12 Grade A Large Eggs
- 12 Slices Bacon
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and cook the bacon for only about 4-5 minutes. (Make sure that the bacon doesn?t cook fully!)
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Lay a piece of bacon into each single muffin tin. Carefully crack an egg into each cup. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the egg.
- Repeat this process until all muffin tins are filled. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the egg whites have set and the yolk is cooked to your liking.
