Banana Pancakes

1 large, overripe Bananas
2 large Grade A Large Eggs
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour



  1. In medium mixing bowl, whisk together banana and eggs until no chunks. Next, add in flour until batter is smooth.
  2. Prepare a frying pan or skillet with cooking spray and preheat on medium heat.
  3. Pour small circle of batter on pan or skillet.
  4. Cook on one side until batter starts to bubble, then flip over to cook other side. Repeat until the batter is gone.
