8 thick slices bread
3 Grade A Large Eggs
1 cup 2% Milk
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
for topping Country Style Syrup


Serve with Morning Delight? Syrup and add Coburn Farms whipped topping for a special treat.


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together cinnamon, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  2. Soak both sides of each slice of bread in the egg mixture. Place slices in pan, over medium-high flame and fry on both sides until golden.
