- 3/4 Cup Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Parsley Flakes
- Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit. In a baking dish, spray non-stick cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the butter, lemon juice and garlic powder. Heat the ingredients in 10-second intervals until butter has completely melted ? approximately 1 minute. (Stir between each session.)
- Place tilapia in the baking dish and pour mixture over them until they are completely covered. Sprinkle parsley flakes over fillets.
- Bake for 40 minutes, turning fillets every 10 minutes. Remove from heat once fish easily flakes with a fork.
