Thawing that Turkey

Size: 12-16 lbs.

Cooking the Turkey
After you've removed the giblets from the cavity and stuffed it (optional), place it on a shallow roasting pan in an oven preheated to 325 degrees F. Use our guide to determine how long to keep your bird in the oven. Your turkey is done when the skin turns a light brown. Let it cool for 30 minutes before carving.
